ABOUT ME

I’ve been an entrepreneur at heart since I was a kid. At ten years old, I was importing titanium necklaces from China and reselling them to classmates, running lemonade stands, and taking on any hustle I could. By the summer of 2014, I was detasseling corn at $7.25 an hour just to save enough money to build my first computer—an experience that taught me the value of persistence and working toward a goal. That early curiosity with technology led me into YouTube, where I grew a channel to over 40,000 subscribers and made $50,000 through content creation, streaming, and brand deals before graduating high school.

After high school, I dove straight into real estate, interning with a real estate investor. I started in content creation, then transitioned into sales, property management, and eventually purchased my first multi-family properties at 18. By early 2022, my rental portfolio was cash flowing around $3,000 per month, I was closing real estate deals regularly, and I made the leap to become a full-time entrepreneur.

Later that year, I moved to Florida with my business partner Logan and co-founded Junk Punks Removal Service. What started with the two of us on the truck quickly grew into a multi-location junk removal company. Today, my focus is on scaling Junk Punks and building systems that allow us to grow aggressively while staying true to the values of hard work, resilience, and determination that shaped my journey.

Co-Founder & President of Junk Punks

In the summer of 2014, I worked my first job detasseling corn, earning $7.25 an hour and spending long days—sometimes starting at 5 a.m.—in the heat and humidity. Despite the physically demanding and monotonous conditions, I stayed committed to my goal of saving enough to buy computer parts and build my first PC. That experience taught me resilience, discipline, and the value of hard work toward achieving personal goals.

In 2015, I launched a YouTube channel and grew it to over 40,000 subscribers within years by consistently posting vlogs, pranks, and other content. As my audience expanded, brands began reaching out, and by late 2016 I had secured my first sponsorship with a gaming drink company. Over time, I collaborated with multiple sponsors, unboxed products, and created promotional content, ultimately earning more than $50,000 from videos, streaming, and brand partnerships before graduating high school.

Right after high school, I secured my first content creation internship with real estate investor Justin Spaulding, who at the time had acquired over 2,000 apartments before turning 30. For three months, I worked directly with Justin to manage and produce content for his personal brand, as well as for his property management and painting companies. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to professional content creation, branding, and social media strategy, while also sparking my early interest in real estate and entrepreneurship.

After three months in content creation, I transitioned into sales at Justin's painting company, where I began providing estimates for interior and exterior painting projects. A few months in, I stepped into full management of the sales pipeline and an eight-person painting crew after the project manager left. This role gave me hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and team leadership, as well as exposure to recruiting and training. It was also during this time that I met Logan, who joined as an intern, and together we built a strong working relationship that would later evolve into future business ventures.

Following my time managing the painting company, I transitioned into Justin's property management business, where I gained hands-on experience in leasing, tenant relations, and day-to-day property management operations. I was responsible for showing units, signing leases, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring tenant satisfaction across multiple properties. This role gave me critical real estate experience early on, teaching me the fundamentals of managing rental properties and cash flow—knowledge that became instrumental when I later purchased and managed my own investment properties.

By early 2022, I made the decision to step away from traditional employment and commit fully to real estate as both an investor and licensed agent. My rental properties were generating around $3,000 per month in cash flow, and I was consistently closing sales every month or two, all while keeping my personal living expenses minimal. This period gave me the freedom to operate independently, sharpen my investing and sales skills, and ultimately fueled the drive to pursue something bigger—which led to pitching the idea to Logan later that year to move to Florida and start a business together.

In October 2022, Logan and I founded Junk Punks Removal Service. What started as the two of us on the truck turned into a growing operation within three months, as we replaced ourselves in the field and focused on building systems, hiring, and expanding. From the beginning, our vision was to create a scalable service business with strong branding and operational efficiency—laying the foundation for what would become a multi-location company.
